my account was outdated therefore my host (verio) changed my password. I
called up and they changed my password now I can not log in to my website to
update it because it is stating that my password is incorrect.

Contact the host again - you can't change it through Frontpage.

Make sure you're entering it exactly as given i.e. upper & lower case are
the correct way, and don't confuse similar looking characters such as 1
(number one) and l (lower case 'L').

Why would your host change your password (without your permission)?? At
least, that's the way you've suggested it - you said the account was
outdated so your host changed your password.....

Does Verio offer a "control panel" feature for your account - you should be
able to change such details like Passwords through that.
