Is it possible to change the look of the Navigation structure in FrontPage
(e.g. make the little boxes larger, reduce the font size) so that when I
print it, I can actually read it and use it to create a site map?

If you right click in the background you can make some limited changes
(orientation, size, etc.)

that is correct
you also may try:
printer may have a setting to reduce/enlarge to fit on page (properties)
you can try changing the screen resolution (higher res=smaller display)

I'm still new to this but as far as I can tell, you can't! However, you CAN
use the "Create Table Of Contents / Site Map" feature. There are
instructions in the Help files; type in Site Map and you'll find them.
