how do I change from IMAP to POP3 in Outlook (Vista)

's Computer Specifications

My account was automatically set up as IMAP, but it's just not handy that
way, having two boxes. I want to change it back to POP3. Any tips?

Ask your mail provider what the proper settings should be.
