I have a document that I need to have list for heading and be included in TOC
being generated automatically:

TOC:

Actual Body:

1 Introduction
This is to put in introduction

1.1 Objective
This is to put in all objectives for this document

2 Method
This method is to test customized format in Word.

If I am understanding you correctly, what you need are headings with outline
numbering; for instructions on how to set those up, see

Word's built-in heading styles, inserting a TOC is a piece of cake; see
