I am currently trying to minupulate comments from the "reviewing" task pane,
but I can't seem to figure out how to change the formatting of comments. Any
suggestions? Thanks.

You just need to change the style called Comments Text. If you do not see
the style called Comments Text, do the following:

In your Styles and Formatting Task Pane, click the drop-down arrow where it
says SHOW to CUSTOM, then go through the list and make sure that there is a
check mark next to Comments Text and press OK. Now you'll see Comments Text
in your list of styles. Just go through the motions of reformatting it the
way you need.
