Every time I copy my file on CD, it comes with the attribute "Read Only". I
would like to know if there's any way I can stop that.

Zip the file and then burn the zip file onto the CD. When you unzip the file
onto a writ disk it will not have the read only flag set. Or use Windows XP
which doesn't change the flag when burning to a CD.

CD's by nature are read only. Just copy the file to a hard drive and
change the attribute.
