When scheduling appointments, the length defaults to a half hour. I would
like to have one hour as the default but can't find anyplace to change it.
Any suggestions?

The default length is determined by the time scale you have set your
calendar to. If you set the scale to 1 hour, your default appointment length
will be 1 hour as well.

if you use the new button, it always defaults to 30 min.
