Hi there - I'd been having some problems with my DVD drive
on my notebook, and so have uninstalled RealPlayer.

So far so good, but I want my Compaq DVD program to open
automatically when I put a DVD into the drive. All I get
now is a message telling me that no software can be
found.... I can 'OK' this message and then have to
manually click on the Compaq DVD program to open it up.

If I look in the DVD player properties, it says "open with
(something like) Photo Media Imaging", which is the wrong
program! How can I change this defaut/open with??

Any advice gladly accepted.

The easiest would be to reinstall your DVD-program
