When I create a new appointment in the Outlook Calendar, the default duration
is for half an hour. I want to change this to default to one hour.

I have looked thoutg all of the precerences, options and tools I could fine
and am stumped.

right click on a day in the calendar. Select other settings. Change from 30
minutes to one hour.
