How do I change date formats in FrontPage?

This should be extremely simple, but I don't see an answer. I have a column
of dates that were given to me in UK format, dd-mm-yyyy. Of course I didn't
see it at first, and I have a lot of handwork invested now. All I need to do
is to go from dd-mm-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy.

FP has not feature to change date format on page content.
