I'm using Windows XP and I'm in Australia. The date is showing the month
first, then the date, then the year. I need it to be date, month, year.

right click on the row of field names and choose Custom... then Format
Columns. If your preferred format is not available, you need to change the
date format in Windows Control panel, Regional settings.
