How do I change the color scheme of Outlook 2003 in Vista?

I am using Outlook 2003 with Windows Vista. However, I do not know how to
change the color scheme of Outlook from the default blue to silver.

The Outlook 2003 color scheme is linked to the Windows color scheme. Only
Outlook/Office 2007 has its own configurable color schemes.
