How do I change the color of my border for 2007 applications?

's Computer Specifications

Somehow, all of my 2007 apps (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel) changed to a black
border at the top. I can't figure out how I did it, or how to change it back.

Any advice?

's Computer Specifications

Try the office button, editor options (lower right), popular category, color
scheme drop down.
