How do I change change default style for new messages?

When I want to send a new message in Outlook (Office 2003), I open "new
message" and the default style is "paragraph". How do I change the default
style to "normal"?

That sounds like a Word setting to me. So you're in the wrong place unless
someone wants to jump in here with how to change the default in Word.
