How do I change automatic download settings back?

I have accidentally changed the automatic download settings in outlook and
now I am unable to open links in my email. It says I need to see my system
administrator. I know that would be me but can't figure out how to change it
back. PLEASE HELP

Those setting are unrelated. Which version of Outlook are you using?
