How do I change all emails to RTF in Outlook?

's Computer Specifications

For some reason, all my messages that I recieve are now in Plain Text and
this never happened before! Everytime I reply, they all appear in Plain Text
and I have to manually change the format to HTML or RTF...

Does anyone know where I can change it back to default or perhaps change it
permanently to RTF?
