How do I cataloge a .bkf file created with xp pro?

I created a backup file using XP Pro backup utility. I can't open the .bkf
file. Someone indicated I need to cataloge it, but I don't know how, nor do
I know where to find the information. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Dear Aiken,

The Backup program itself in Accessories / System Tools will do this
(catalog) for you.

..bkf files are only meant to be opened with backup programs.
