Im using Excel 2007. All I need to do is capture the workbook that I am
doing, and paste it to another spot in the workbook, pretty simple just can't
remember how to do it!

Hi,

Exactly what do you mean by capture? If you are refering to a picture of a
portion of the spreadsheet then -

1. Select the range
2. Choose Home, Paste, As Picture, Copy as picture...
3. Move to a new location and choose Paste.

If this helps, please click the Yes button

Cheers,
