i sent an email that was too big and now it's just sitting in my outbox. i've
tried to delete but nothing happens. i try to open it and it says "cannot
open this item. outlook has already begun transmitting this message". it
won't let me cancel the transmission or anything. i've closed out of
outlook, still there. it's been there about 9 hours now.

how do i open "outlook.exe/safe"? i tried typing it in the Run dialog box
from the Start menu, but it says it cannot find it???

why do you want to start Outlook in "safe" mode?
