I have a file with 57MB of attachments and it is stuck in a send loop that
never ends.
I have tried musltiple ways to cancel the send and nothing works including
shutting down Outlook. Other emails move to the front and are sent even as
this one is sending. This has been ongoing for three days.

Open Outlook and go offline. Once offline delete the offending message

I went to File - Work Offline and checked it. Still cannot cancel the
fileand it continues to send. Is there a way to disconnect my email witout
losing data.

okay, it is gone. I right-clicked and removed a 'flag' which stopped the
send and then I could delete. I am not sure why this worked.
