I sent a questions similar to this one earlier, however, I could not get the
reply to my question from Microsoft to display. I have had our computer
people check the problem out, and it is not on our side. Can you please

Ummm...

How would you expect us to find it?

We're all volunteers here. We don't work for Microsoft. We answer hundreds of
questions a day, and it's a bit unreasonable to expect us to remember every
question.

Please either use Bing or Google Groups to search for your post, or repost the
question.

Seems simple... a little date math... (DateDiff should do the days
between part). Then once you have that, create a totals query and
calculate the average.... OR is there something you're not telling us?
