Using OL2007, I have additional Exchange mailboxes open (via the open these
additional mailboxes option in advanced account settings) and all the mail
folders have an icon including a blue arrow pointing left and right. Does
anybody know what it means?
I don't know if it's related, but with these folders, I can't check the
search sub-folders option on advanced find as I could in OL2003, XP and 2000.
Gurr.

It means that they will sync back and forth between the server and mailbox,
not just one way. FWIW, you can't search subfolders in other mailboxes -
you need to search one folder at a time.
