As apposed to blocking senders I would like to block the web site since they
seem to use multiple senders.

If you know the address of the site then you can use the hosts file to
block it. The default path for the hosts file is:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

This file is a simple text file that can be edited using Notepad. If
you want a ready made hosts file then try this link:

Hope this proves useful.

It is very unlikely they are using their own server to send the email. More
likely using compromised PCs (a botnet).

Use a rule that looks for the web address in the message body

If you mean blocking access to the site, the hosts file would work; add the
URL of the site, and follow it with IP address 127.0.0.0.

If you mean blocking email sent promoting the site, another ball of wax.
Spammers vary not only the sender email address, but often use a redirector
site, which also varies from spam to spam.
