How do I block those annoying email spoofs?

Every day I get at least 50 junk emails from MY OWN EMAIL ADDRESS. I tried
blocking my own email in the junk mail filter, but alas, Outlook does not
allow you to block your own email address. Does Microsoft have any add on the
stop this nonsense. I will NEVER buy, download or click on a junk mail link.
If someone knows a VBA, that would be very helpful too.

Thanks!

So why not define a rule that looks for e-mails that claim to be from
your e-mail address?

And like I said "Outlook does not allow you to block your own email address."

Oh, so you are a nymshifting troll who was checkQ and are now Mall Cop?

Outlook DOES let you define a rule.
Outlook DOES let you look at the From header (i.e., "sender" field).
Outlook DOES let you specify your e-mail address as the string.
Outlook DOES let you specify any e-mail address you want in the rule.

I've been using a similar rule for over a decade. Mails sent to me that
are from me get deleted and marked as read. Since there's no need to
further process that suspect e-mail, the stop-clause is included. But
if you want to be obstinate and suffer, go right ahead.

Download SpamBayes from Sourceforge.net - it works very well and can help
with this particular type of e-mail.
