I continue to receive hundreds and hundreds of junk emails daily and now ass
of late I am not able to send or receive email at all. I called my service
provider and they said everything is fine from there end. My internet works
fine and my norton anti-virus and ad-aware show no problems. Any thoughts?

To prevent Outlook from downloading Junk Email you can ask your ISP if they
provide any server side Junk Email filtering.

Change your email address and set up an auto-responder on your old email
address notifying any real people of your new address
