How do I block mail from people that are not in my addressbook, i.

I have an older version of Outlook 2000, and I am getting a lot of spam from
people that are using pictures of the email words, so there is no way to
block them with regular rules. Is there a way to block them by making a rule
that blocks any mail that comes from people that are NOT in my address book?
I greatly appreciate any help I can get, this is a pain in the butt.
