I don't want others to have access to the email addresses of others when
sending email to more than one person! How do I stop the email address from
being copied by others? In Outlook all you have to do is put your curser on
the name and it will give the email address to you. I have all names for all
my contacts list but these names do not stop anyone from getting their
address...Help!

Either BCC everyone or look up 'mail merge' in the help system.

Use the Bcc field when composing a new e-mail. If you don't see the Bcc
field, use the View menu to enable showing it.
