In Outlokk 2007 there is a "To-Do" Bar on the right with the monthly
calendar, upcoming appointments and it is supposed to list my tasks but
instead it says "The operation failed. An object could not be found" How do I
fix this?

Try starting Outlook with the /resettodobar switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resettodobar

If that doesn't work run scanpst.exe against your pst-file to check it for
errors and/or recreate your mail profile;
