how do i backup?

There are many systems. The simplest way is to insert
CD/RW disks into the requisite drive. Then, if you have
no better, use the Windows wizard to copy your files to
disk. First you should ensure that the total of megabytes
in the folder to be transferred is about 10% less than
the nominal size of the disk. Then follow the
instructions. Frankly, I have purchased the program "Nero
5.5" which is more reliable than the Windows XP system.
I have just been through the process of copying all my
audio and document files, for safety reasons, and this
has worked well for me.
