You post to a group that supports your o/s for such info

Generally you uninstall any third party apps that have intergrated with
Outlook, and or, remove any addins within Outlook, on whatever version you
have - its not usually neccessary to edit the registry

Don't edit the registry unless told to for a specific program. Either
uninstall or disable it in tools, trust center, addins.

Plus, if you don't know enough about editing the registry to know how to
back it up, you probably shouldn't be doing it (it’s a menu option in the
reg editor).

Two previous posts have already stated better ways to remove add-ins;
nevertheless if you need to back up your registry for whatever reasons,
a time-proven tool is ERUNT
