I've created Outlook backup files using the Backup selection in the files
pull down menu but where do I find this file so I can copy it to a cd? Can
this backup file be created/stored in the 'my documents' file so I can copy
eveything to a cd at one time?

Thank you for your hlep. Best informtion, so far.

I have 3 .pst files; backup, outlook, and outlook backup.

Which is the one that will be updated each time I run Backuo from the
Outlook pull down menu so I can be sure I am saving the correct file.

Thanks

By default OL creates an outlook.pst, the primary pst, outlookbackup.pst is
the default backup created by the backup addin.
The backup.pst may be one you named for use by the backup addin
You can open these backup pst's in OL to check what they contain. The
properties of the Backup addin also show which pst you are backing up to
If you move the backup pst you would also have to change the properties of
the Backup addin to point to the new location.
