I have lost all contact & calendar information 2x in the past. I need to
back up my calendar and contacts to a CD or Zip disk and then be able to
restore the data.

Close Outlook and copy your pst file.
Default name and location is:
C:\Documents and Settings\{Your User Name here}\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst. (You may have to enable Hidden and
System files in your search)
