I am still very new to this, and now that I am entering a tremendous amount of data in Contacts, Caledar, etc. I am really concerned about finding the easiest, and yet totally safe way to back up all my Outlook data to both an external hard drive and a DVD data disk?

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks very much. :?

With outlook closed, you locate & copy the data files, *.pst

And, or, you use the free OL backup addin available from MS OL site
