I've copied all my outlook file folders to a DVD. Now I can't access them
with my new computer. the data is there but I can't open it. Any suggestions?

Copy it back to your HDD and remove the "read only" file attribute. Then in
Outlook use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

Outlook needs read/write access. Copy the files to your HDD, (do NOT
overwrite any existing files), remove any read-only attribute. then in
outlook do File-Open-Outlook data file and navigate to where you put
them....
