How do I avoid sending duplicate messages especially photographs?

Outlook does not show that duplicate photographs and pdf docs are sent to the
intended person. Sometimes multiple messages are sent.

Do you actually mean the recepient receives multipl msgs?

Uninstall your antivirus program and reinstall it without the mail scanning
feature.
