Every so often my entire optonline emnail account downloads to outlook
instead of just new messages. This results in a lot of duplicated messages I
had already read and possibly deleted. Why does this happen and how can it
be avoided? I prefer to keep old emails in the orinial acct so I can check my
old messages if needed from another computer. Thanks
