How do I automatically sync OutlookXP mail between two comuters

I have two office computers with Outlook XP(2002) on them, one is a PC
running WinXPPro, the other is a Laptop running WinVistaHP. The PC OutlookXP
is setup to clear the ip provider mailbox, the laptop OutlookXP is setup to
leave a copy of any mail downloaded in the provider mailbox. However I need
to have any replys, new mail, deleted mail etc automatically syschronized
between the two computers.

I have tried using Syncback to sync the outlook data files, but all I end up
with is a corrupted file.

How do I do this?
