How do I automatically return a blocked email to sender unread?

Similar to an option available with cell phones, I'd like to notify sender
that the discussion is over. And I don't wish to know if sender disagrees.
Sender is an individual whose identity is known to me. I've blocked the
address, but emails still show up in my Junk E-mail. It's not quite enough to
just have them automatically deleted. I want sender to know I no longer am
willing to receive their emails.

Just ignore the person. As long you send back any e-mail the discussion
isn't over. And subject to spammers, you'd confirm your address actually
exists.

Create a rule that deletes mail from the senders email address.
