How do I automatically replace text with predefined content?

I converted from Office 2003 to Office 2007 recently and my predefined texts
have all gone. It's been so long that I can't remember what the process was
called and where to look for it - I'm trying to find the name for the process
which, when you type in a word, it automatically replaces it with a text that
you have pre-defined. Say, you write the name of your company and OUtlook
replaces it with the whole address. How do you pre-define that??? Where do
you look?

Kay,
You are talking about AutoCorrection options?
In Word 2007, Office-button, Options for Word, on your left choose the
control category (third from the top, click the AutoCorrect-options button
at the top. You should be in the first tab, where you can find existing
entries and add your own.

You are probably describing AutoText. It's still there (as part of the
Building Blocks collection), but AutoComplete is no longer available (except
for dates). You can still type the first few letters of the AutoText entry
name and press F3. Or you can define AutoCorrect entries instead.

Hi Suzanne,
yes, I meant AutoComplete, shame it's no longer there, it was very handy in
Outlook. Thanks for your tip on the building blocks, I'll try and work with
that. At the moment F3 gets me another entry and not the one that I've saved.
