How do I automatically categorize tasks in Outlook 2007?

I would like all my phone calls to be categorzed without me having to click
on categories and assigning a color. So when I type in "Call boss" in the
task list it will automatically note the word "call" and categorize it under
my "Phone" category. Is this possible?

It's possible with VBA. You might adapt this sample:

http://www.vboffice.net/sample.html?...2&cmd=showitem

Instead of checking the item's Status property, check it's Subject.
