I would like to automatic move all items from my sent folder to e personal
folder as soon as they are sent.
Anyone know how to do this?
Have looked in rules and alerts, but can't find any way to do it there

In what kind of configuration?
Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?
What exactly are you trying to achieve with this?

There is a move a copy rule which you can use and disable the generic option
to save a copy to your default Sent Items folder.

Are using outlook 2003, with an exchange server.

What I would like to achive is to have a copy of all sent mails in a
personal folder.
the reason for this is taht there is a company policy that all mails older
than 3 weeks are automatic deleted from the sent folder.

You can use the method I indicated or you enable AutoArchive and configure
your Sent Items folder to archive.

That said, a company policy is a company policy. If they think they should
only keep 3 weeks worth of Sent Items, why go against it with workarounds?
If this creates an unworkable situation for you, you should tell your
manager and a better solution (read: company policy) should be found.
Also considering mail compliancy and legal matters, they might want to
consider using a server-side archiving solution instead to keep things
centrally managed.
