How do I automate the sending of repetitive regular "reminder" emails from
Outlook 2003 e.g. a weekly reminder to 30 staff to supply their weekly
Reports? If possible I would prefer not to have initiate the task each week
myself.

Please try our email scheduler (http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm)
which will allow you to send multiple individual emails, html or plain text,
with attachments, either as a one-off or regularly at a specified time and
interval

Jocelyn, I plan to study these options carefully and choose the best one for
our organisation. I also see / have the commercial options too. Thank you
again. Geoff.
