How do I automate adding senders to the Blocked Group.

What I want to do is select a group of messages in my "Junk" folder and then
click a shortcut on the tools bar and automatically add all of the senders to
the "Blocked Senders" group and then delete the messages. I'm not good at
creating scripts or macros and need a little help. Does anyone have any
ideas?
