How do I attach an mp4 video to a power point presentation?

The MCI player (used by PowerPoint and not to be confused witht he Windows
Media Player) won't work with an MP4 video natively. You might be able to
get it to work on a specific machine by changing the system settings and
codecs, but it not work on any other machine.

The simple solution is to convert the file to a more standard format. You
may use a video editing pacakage like ULead or MGI. You may also use one of
the manual encoders available. To do all of this automatically and make a
presentation that will Play For Certain on other machines I invite you to

Mp4 is a standard format! And, video compressed with H.264 to the mp4
format makes excellent low-bit-rate high resolution video. Check out the
Ipod and the future of High Definition (DVD) video.

Austin I am asking you for the solution that allows me to import and use
H.264/MP4 video in my Powerpoint 2003 preseantations.

Never said you would like the answer, but it is the right answer.

There isn't one to my knowledge, but my knowledge of PowerPoint and media is
