How do I add sounds to functions like Save?

Word 2003 allowed you to add a sound when you saved a document that contained
something new. That was a useful check that I cannot replicate in Word 2007.

This sounds(!) like a Windows setting (look in Control Panel).

Why would you bother to save a document that HASN'T got something new?

Actually you can't save a Word document that doesn't have anything new

I did wonder, but wasn't sure - I know Open Office doesn't.....
