I have an external dns server that only does lookups for my DMZ machines. I
am having extreme problems with it trying to resolve
wordofmouthinformation.com and quite a few other formations of the domain.
It appears that my anti-spam server is trying to send undeliverable mail to
that domain but cannot resolve the address and my DNS continues to keep
trying. My service provider is complaining about the amount of traffic it
is generating. Has anyone had a similar experience?

This is not a DNS question or a DNS answer. Simply configure your anti spam
server to not return mail, delete it.
