Have all the clients point to the 2k server for DNS. At the DNS server,
set a forwarding tab to your internet DNS IP's. This way all inside
queries are answered by your 2k box, and anything that isn't local is
forwarded to be handled by your ISP's DNS.

Remove the internet DNS from all clients and the server, use the DC's
address ONLY for DNS. If you want you can use your ISP's DNS as a forwarder
in the local DNS server on the Forwarder tab. Take a read of this starting
with Step 3. 300202 - HOW TO: Configure DNS for Internet Access in Windows
2000
