I been trying to clear the dns cache on my computer and when I try to display
the Resolver cache it tell me "could not display the DNS Resolver cache"
When I try to flush the dns I get "could not flush the DNS Resolver Cache:
Function failed during execution." I have ran the network troubleshooer and
all pass. So can someone tell me how to fix this so I can clear the DNS.
