DNS and Terminal Server

Hello

I have a windows 2000 server as domain controller, i have
installed terminal server on it and when i connect from
remote location i get error connection refused.

If i disable DNS then the connection from terminal client
works fine.

Please help what is the problem with having DNS and
terminal server together on a domain controller.
I know thw fact that its not recomended to have teminal
server on domain controller.

Please help
