More than likely DNS will be set using DHCP and allocated by you ISP, if you
arent getting them then you need to contact your ISP

A Google search for "configure netgear router" netted this:

"1. Start your browser and type the Router's IP address in your
browser's address bar (http://192.168.xxx.xxx). (By default the router's
address is 192.168.0.1). "

Then ask NETGEAR. Your problem has nothing to do with XP hence does
not belong here.

Actually you probably aren't looking for "DNS addresses".

You're probably looking for the IP address of the router.

Go to Start, run, type cmd. In the window that comes up, type 'ipconfig'
and press enter.

One of the last lines lists the gateway address. That's the router.

You then have to know the username and password, and the more recent Netgear
pieces I've seen have this printed on the bottom of the unit, or in the
manual or quick-start card. Those are also available on the Netgear site.

If it's been changed and you don't know it and have to alter it, a hard
reset will clear all of this.
